We are splitting up for a bit.

No not like that.

Jill is off to a Physical Therapy Student Conclave in Denver Colorado tomorrow. While I did have some tentative plans for NYC this weekend that all may go by the way side in lue of school stuff I absolutely need to get tidied up by next week.

I am starting to pull out most of the junk from the site since I seemed to have scared off my reader base by starting to just throw up link posts of mainly news. Who realy cares right? I mean isn't that the whole point of a blog is to be able to post what you want and make you own news up as you go (mean that in the literal way and also by being your own reporter about he wold you are observations as you travel)

Some other worthy travel notes:

Rick Steves our favorite guide book author has put to gether a radio show that has been airing since last spring. I don't get in on my local NPR station so I only just discovered that he had this new media outlet when it became available on podcast.

When you get a chance the URL is http://www.ricksteves.com/radio/podcast.htm

I have been having great fun catching up with all the episodes and getting new travel ideas. In addition I have been hearing about some of the places that I already have seen and feel a bit of satisfaction that I can relate from seeing it first hand.

I am realy hoping that next week I will be able to get out and start documenting the Boston Area. There is plenty to do and see in the region and the fall season is wonderful in New England.

I will also see about talking Jill in to giving a quick run down Denver.
